Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout our life. The way we feel while we are awake depends in part on what happens while you are sleeping. During sleep, our body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain our physical health. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. Getting inadequate sleep over time can raise our risk for chronic (long-term) health problems. It can also affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Weight loss journey should be obvious,attractive, easy, and satisfying. I think many people do get it wrong whenever they want to start the journey and that's major reason many of them quit. Weight loss journey should start from the kitchen, you need to discard all the unhealthy food, snack etc.             Steps to Weight Loss Journey 1. Don't near gym in the first three months. 2. Eat once or twice daily. 3. 8hours - 10hours fasting daily.  4. 10000 steps daily. 5. 6-8hours sleep daily. 6. Discard all seed oils, margarine, pastries,        Sodas. 7. Eat on purpose. 8. Eat healthy carbs, proteins and vegetables.
